Consistency, future, failure, doubts, dreams and hard work come to mind when I complete my theory test. Despite failing by two marks in the multiple-choice, I still succeeded in the hazard perception with a shocking forty-five, something I could not imagine achieving. It may be one mark off from my hazard perception, yet my consistency, practice, and knowledge came through. Even feeling a little down yet determined and open up possibilities in doing more than just a passing grade but a potential best grade that I can achieve beyond my peers and potential. So you may be wondering what today's motivational Monday's blog is about; it is to discuss yet encourage you to find your consistency yet experience failure, doubts, certainty, but most of all, hard work that will give you the results you never thought of. It's about the accomplishment that comes with overcoming doubts and achieving success.
What Is Consistency?
Consistency? What is that fascinating word? Consistency is the unwavering determination to not just set your principles, goals, or actions over time but show up and put in the work, day in and day out, despite the challenges or setbacks you face. Consistency transforms your ordinary efforts into something extraordinary, especially if they are small or big.
When you embody consistency, you are committed to steady progress and improvement. By not giving up despite things getting tough, you still push through obstacles you could never imagine overcoming. It is something that I relate to increasing my willpower by boxing, jogging or even weightlifting to achieve the goal of being the best version of myself despite my laziness. Despite that, by pushing through and learning from my newly found friends, consistency is about trusting myself and the people around me to build a foundation for long-term success.
