My Daily Life Sparking Zero

MY DAILY LIFE GENRE REVIEWS, DISCUSSION AND STUDY

3rd March 2023, the day when the magnificent trailer surprisingly dropped during the Dragon Ball Fighterz tournament; in other words the major victory for Dragon Ball fans who have waited for one of the greatest game franchises to make a return towards gaming history. Today's blog discusses not just the game itself but also the impact and marketing of this game, which managed to exceed true expectations.

After purchasing the ultimate edition for the 3-day access and playing against my brother, I am thrilled to say it was one of the best gaming experiences ever. The ki charge-up, character transformations, 3D design, iconic moves, visuals, fights, and story, not to mention the sheer fun of playing as one of my favourite characters, Chiaotzu, made the gameplay outstanding.

The combat was exceptional, with fast-paced movements, counters, and tactical attacks required to defeat opponents in player-versus-player battles. It's not a button-mashing game nor any average fighting game I've ever played before; It creates this feeling of merging with your character, especially in moments where my little brother allows me to charge my ki to transform into a powerful form and the gigantic beam clash we had with our iconic Kamehameha that sours beyond the heavens. A beautiful visual spectacle to behold in gaming especially when you play with your friends and anyone online.

Gameplay And Graphics

The Marketing

I also want to say this game's marketing was truly unmatched with the surprising trailer drop, the well-hidden mystery of the character's roster, trailers showcasing each category and saga of the characters and last but not least the other Dragon Ball games that came before.

To truly grasp the massive marketing of this franchise; I want to go back to the original game Budokai Tenkaichi, which was released on October 6th, 2005, and had a significant impact on the global gaming community. Its success continued with Budokai Tenkaichi 3, which also maintained massive popularity. Although the Budokai Tenkaichi series was put on hold, the evolution of Dragon Ball games continued with titles such as Xenoverse 1 and 2, Super Dragon Ball Heroes, Dragon Ball Kakarot, and Dragon Ball FighterZ. These games have further elevated the franchise's success.

The Dragon Ball games are well-known for their unique gameplay mechanics, captivating storylines, and impressive graphics. They have had a significant impact on fans and have contributed to both the Dragon Ball series and the gaming industry as a whole. You may be wondering how these games are related to the recent release of Sparking Zero. Well, it's because of the graphics, innovative gameplay mechanics, expanding content, and the loyal fanbase cultivated over the years, even decades. The marketing leading up to this release has been truly spectacular, serving as a reward for those eagerly anticipating Budokai Tenkaichi 4 (Sparking Zero) for a long time.

My Dragon Ball

Overall, I enjoy including Sparkling Zero in my daily routine. What drew me in and became a significant part of my life was having fun with my siblings by role-playing the characters in this game. Whether it's watching Cabba defeat Gogeta, reliving the iconic Saiyan saga battle between Vegeta and Goku, or laughing as Chiaotzu moved around like a character from Roblox, it was truly an amazing time.

So, for you amazing Dragon Ball fans and readers, this game is truly worth the hype and is worth playing.
